Club Committee Lists

Each club has many different committees and sub committees. For example, the club administration committee may look after the details of running the club and some of the sub committees may include the newsletter, programs, assigning people to be greeters or working the door, etc.

The tables need to be able to create the committees and sub committees and then assign people to these by creating records in a table cross referencing the committee to the member for both the club and the year. This will allow each committee to report on it’s people for a given club in a given year. The year is interesting from a historical perspective but really required when setting up the next year before the year starts.

People in the committee should also be assigned their status within the committee such as being the chair or not and if they have the ability to maintain the lists, add or edit documents, etc.
